All Sales Final
As a small, independently run online bookshop, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing every order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
To request assistance, please email us at publishedinink@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:
- Send a replacement (if available), or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method
We may require return of the damaged or incorrect item before issuing a refund or replacement.
Shipping
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist with documentation if needed.
Consumer Rights Notice
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws. If a product is defective or not as described, you may have rights under federal or state law.
