Thank you for shopping with Published in Ink. The following Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within the United States.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays and shop breaks).

Processing times are estimates and may vary during high-volume periods, promotions, holidays, or scheduled shop breaks. Updated processing timelines will be communicated on our website when applicable.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and service availability.

Shipping options at checkout include:

  • Standard Shipping — $8

  • Express Shipping — $15

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders of $60 or more (before taxes and discounts)

Shipping rates are calculated per order and displayed at checkout prior to purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Typical transit times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 2–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days

Published in Ink is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been shipped.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.

Shipping labels are created through a third-party fulfillment service, and tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after label creation.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Published in Ink is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If tracking indicates a package has been delivered, Published in Ink cannot guarantee replacement or refund for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly to file a claim when necessary.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.

Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Published in Ink is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside our reasonable control.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately at no additional cost to ensure faster delivery.

Shipping Availability

At this time, Published in Ink ships only within the United States.
