Shipping & Risk of LossOrders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer.
If a package is marked delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim. We are happy to provide documentation if needed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
